We Are Earth

Connect with nature and remember how it feels to be wild and well

We give power to what we give our attention to.

When we take time to really notice, tune in to and wonder at the natural world and ourselves as part of it, the health and wellbeing benefits are immense.

Research shows that spending time connecting to nature and our bodies helps us slow down, feel resourced and supported, expand our creativity, reduce stress and anxiety, find purpose, experience gratitude and improve our relationships with self, others and our environment.

What we do

We Are Earth offers nature connection and movement experiences.

These might be one-off, full-day sessions or spaces to meet regularly for a few hours in community, to connect with each other and the natural world. We also gather online.

A workshop with We Are Earth might involve: exploring the senses of sound, touch, smell and sight; creative activities with natural found objects; gentle breath and body work; movement and somatic expression; calming the nervous system through grounding practices; cultivating compassion and care for ourselves, each other and our environment; playful accessible activities that invite joy.

Meet Kelly

Kelly loves creating and holding spaces that enable joyful, healing and restorative experiences of connection to self, body, spirit and the natural world.

Training with Natural Academy, her practice combines eco-psychology, nature connection, movement, creative expression and play. Her hope is that in the act of gathering, we re-animate ourselves and remember that we are earth.

“Nature dances with you, and you are her. Your body form, the clay of the Earth. Each molecule of you, borrowed from the earth and the stars for just a while, allowing you to experience being you.”
